You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason or none.
What we can take back. Anything unused and in its original packaging, with tags still attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept dummies, teethers, bottle teats or anything else that goes in a baby's mouth once the seal is broken. Nothing on sale is excluded; a reduced price is still a price.
How to start one. Email us with your order number and which items are going back. We will send a return label the same working day. Put the items in the original packaging or any other box that will survive the trip.
What it costs. Returns are free if something arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered. For a change of mind the label costs 4,95 euros, taken off your refund.
When you get your money. We refund to the original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching our warehouse, and email you when it is sent. Banks then take their own few days.
Exchanges. We do not run exchanges as a separate process, because they are slower than the alternative. Return what you have and order the size or colour you want; the two are independent, so nothing is held up waiting for the other.
Something faulty. Tell us within the 30 days and send a photograph if you can. We will replace or refund it, and you will not pay for shipping in either direction. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law are unaffected by any of the above.
