Where we ship. Across the European Union, from our warehouse in France.
What it costs. Delivery is free on orders over 75 euros. Below that it is a flat 4,95 euros, however much is in the basket.
How long it takes. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; anything later goes the next working day. Delivery is then 5 to 7 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted, because parcels do not move on them.
Tracking. You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. If that has not arrived within two working days of your order confirmation, write to us and we will find it.
If something goes missing. Parcels are our responsibility until they reach you. If tracking stops moving for more than five working days, tell us and we will send a replacement or refund you. You do not have to chase the carrier yourself.
Addresses. We can change a delivery address up until the parcel is dispatched. After that it is with the carrier, though most of them allow a redirect from the tracking link.
