These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are. Babblee, 89 Route de Genas, France. You can reach us by email; the address is in the footer of every page.
Orders. An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you check out. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline one you have already paid for, you get a full refund.
Prices. Shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Payment. Taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store card details.
Products. We describe and photograph everything as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens. Ages and sizes are guidance, not a guarantee of fit.
Your right to cancel. Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our own returns policy is more generous at 30 days, and neither limits the other.
Liability. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Content. Everything on this site, including text, photographs and design, belongs to us or our suppliers. Personal use is fine; republishing it is not.
Law. These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of France have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
