Everything a parent might reasonably want to check before buying from a shop they have not used before.
Safety. Every product is tested against EN 71 and the European standards that apply to the age it is made for. Nothing containing BPA, phthalates or lead is listed. Where a product carries a small parts warning it is printed on the product page, not buried in the description.
What we actually do. We choose products ourselves and use them ourselves. Anything that does not survive a few months of real use is dropped, and we would rather have a short catalogue than a padded one.
Delivery. Dispatched from France, free over 75 euros, 5 to 7 business days across the EU. The estimate on each product page is calculated from the current time and the day's cutoff rather than printed in advance.
Returns. 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Free if something arrived faulty or wrong. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.
Payment. Handled by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store card details.
Your data. We collect what is needed to take an order and send it, and nothing else. We do not sell it. Cookie choices can be changed at any time from the link in the footer.
Reaching us. Email, and a person answers, usually within one working day. Our postal address is at the bottom of every page.
